Feature to set what boxes are automatically selected/de-selected when placingbans.#381

Having to de-select IPs from players when placing a ban due to them using VPNs to play on servers is getting to be a rather long list and time consuming. I suggest a feature that allows you to select what variables are automatically selected when placing a ban. Such as PID, GUID, IPs, etc.

@BM more like a button to select or de-select all IPs when placing/editing a ban.
