Link (alt or friends) accounts on BM#371

We often run into players with more than one acc or players with close relation to others. It would be helpful, if admins were able to link those accs via a function provided by BM instead of just notes.
IP matches or name matches are not 100% so I think manual admin work is needed here. To give more functionality, I would suggest that the possibility to link accs can also be named and there can be different categories (alt acc, family, friends etc.)
