Make Trigger-issued commands taggable#369

Currently any command issued by a schedule or trigger does not get processed for tags.
Spam Log Messages piling up especially with auto warn triggers.
Please make it so that we can either

• tag the messages within the trigger itself with a new setting or
• enable us to use the common Tag Message action to tag trigger issued messages as well
