Auto-trim identifier input#195

There has been a number of occasions where we have copy pasted in a steam ID from other applications, often when quick selecting these, spaces get included. BM currently allows SteamID and BEGUID Identifiers to have spaces which would obviously never match, please automatically trim or validate IDs of this type.
